The FOA Series Outdoor LED Display features a spacious 960x960mm cabinet designed to accommodate 320x160mm LED modules, with versatile pixel pitch options including P2.5, P3, P4, P5, P6.6, P8, and P10. LIGHT WEIGHT
The FOA Series die-cast aluminum cabinet is engineered to be lightweight, weighing 40% less than traditional aluminum cabinets. This significant reduction in weight not only simplifies installation and handling but also contributes to cost savings by reducing transportation and structural support expenses. The lightweight design makes the FOA Series an ideal choice for efficient, cost-effective outdoor installations without compromising durability.
HIGH REFRESH RATE
The FOA Series Outdoor LED Display features a high refresh rate of up to 3840Hz, achieved through the use of advanced PWM driver chips. This technology significantly enhances the display effect, delivering sharp, clear images and vibrant colors even in fast-moving content. The high refresh rate eliminates issues like motion blur and flickering, ensuring a smooth viewing experience that is essential for applications such as live events and dynamic advertising.
HANGING INSTALLATION
The FOA cabinets can be securely mounted to the hanging bar using upper and lower locks, or they can be interconnected using left and right locks. Additionally, cabinets can be fixed from top to bottom, with configurations extending from the center to both sides. There is no limit to the number of horizontal cabinets that can be assembled; however, the total vertical stack of cabinets should not exceed six (6) units in height. This flexible installation system allows for versatile configurations tailored to specific display needs.
STACKING INSTALLATION
The FOA Series cabinets are designed for versatile stacking installations. Begin by positioning the cabinets from the bottom to the top, extending outward from the center to both sides. Secure adjacent cabinets together using locks for added stability.
While there is no limit to the number of horizontal cabinets, the vertical stack must not exceed six units to maintain structural integrity. Each cabinet features connectors on the back frame for secure attachment.
For safety, assess the installation site and use an appropriate number of counterweights, such as sandbags, to stabilize the ground support and ensure a secure display solution for outdoor environments.
It is important to note that the height limit of six vertical cabinets applies only to temporary installations, such as those used for events. For fixed installations, there is no such height restriction, allowing for greater flexibility in stacking cabinets. This distinction ensures that temporary setups remain safe and stable, while permanent installations can be tailored to meet specific design and display needs without height limitations.
